The Board
The Board consists of four directors. Board members serve in a single position whenever possible. If a vacancy cannot be filled by another willing and available member, a current Board member may temporarily serve in an additional role.
- PresidentPresides over meetings and keeps AΨAA in step with the Kappa Kappa Psi Alumni Association and the active chapter.
- Membership DirectorRecruits Alpha Psi alumni and oversees our awards, scholarships, and programs.
- Communications DirectorRuns our social media and Discord, and shares meeting minutes with members.
- Finance DirectorCollects dues, keeps the books, and reports on the Association’s finances.
Serving on the Board
Board Member Requirements
To serve on the Board of Directors, members must:
- Be an Alumni, Honorary, and/or Life Member of the Alpha Psi Chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi in good standing.
- Be a member of the Kappa Kappa Psi Alumni Association.
- Have the best interests of the Alpha Psi Alumni Association at heart.
- Be willing and able to dedicate the time and effort necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of their position.
Board elections are held annually, and terms run July 1 through June 30. See the AΨAA Bylaws for details.
